CUE TERMS OF SERVICE
Effective December 1, 2025
By accessing or using CUE, including CUEchats, the CUE Credit system, and all CUE platforms, you agree to these Terms of Service. These Terms apply to cuetheapp.com, cuewebapp.com, the CUE mobile apps, and any future CUE services.
Purchases may be made at discounted rates through cuetheapp.com using Stripe, or at standard rates through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. These are the only authorized purchase channels.
Continued use confirms your acceptance of these Terms.
CUE may update these Terms at its discretion. Revised Terms take effect upon posting, indicated by the effective date above. Material updates may be communicated in app or by email. Continued use after any change signifies acceptance.
You must provide accurate and current information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activity under your account. Account sharing is prohibited.
Report any suspected unauthorized access to support@cuetheapp.com immediately.
CUE currently offers the following user types:
These memberships provide access to CUE's core numerology and astrology database, calculators, content, and platform features. Memberships do not include AI access unless explicitly stated.
A Lifetime membership grants access to the core CUE platform for as long as CUE continues to operate and support its services. Lifetime access does not represent a guarantee of perpetual service. It remains valid only for the duration in which CUE exists as an active, supported platform.
CUE's goal is to operate and evolve the platform for at least ten years. However, for legal reasons, CUE cannot guarantee a minimum service period. The continuation of the platform depends on operational, technical, and business feasibility. If CUE is discontinued, sold, or can no longer be sustainably maintained, Lifetime access may end when the service ends.
Lifetime memberships do not constitute a perpetual right to software, servers, or third party systems. They apply only to the active lifespan of the CUE platform.
CUE's calculators, AI systems, data models, numerology engines, branding, and all intellectual property are proprietary. Lifetime access provides usage rights but does not grant ownership, redistribution rights, or access to source systems.
CUEchats is CUE's AI feature. It is powered by OpenAI. Each AI interaction costs CUE money for every token processed. For the first eighteen months after release, CUE provided full access to CUEchats at no additional charge. No user tier was billed for AI usage, and membership pricing did not increase.
CUEchats has never been included in any of the following memberships:
AI access has always been complimentary and separate from paid plan benefits.
CUE may introduce token based billing for CUEchats or create a dedicated AI subscription. Once the paid system launches, AI access will be billed separately. Earlier complimentary access does not create ongoing rights to AI services.
Complimentary access may be subject to daily or monthly usage limits. These limits do not affect access to standard membership features.
Refunds are usage based and enforced to protect subscribers and prevent abuse.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 30 days before renewal for annual and semiannual plans or at least 7 days before renewal for monthly plans. Post renewal refunds are not available.
Apple App Store and Google Play refunds follow the policies of Apple and Google.
Lifetime memberships are nonrefundable unless CUE experiences a complete, permanent service failure caused solely by CUE. Requests must be filed within 7 days and require zero usage.
Trials, if offered, include limited usage. Trial fees are nonrefundable and usage counts toward refund eligibility.
Credits are nonrefundable, nontransferable, and expire after 12 months unless otherwise stated.
CUE's refund decisions are final and aim to balance fairness with protection of intellectual property.
Payments are due at the time of purchase. You are responsible for all taxes and applicable fees. Subscriptions bill at the start of each cycle.
Chargebacks filed through payment providers instead of contacting CUE may result in account suspension and recovery of dispute fees permitted by law.
CUE Credits may be earned through approved contributions. Credit eligibility and value are determined by CUE.
CUE may be used by individuals of any age. Users under 16 should obtain parental consent. Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising use.

Violations may result in suspension, termination, and legal action.
CUE's technology, platform data, algorithms, calculators, CUEchats outputs, CUE Lists, context cues, and research frameworks are proprietary to CUE and protected by copyright and trade secret law.
Unauthorized access, copying, or distribution may result in liquidated damages of up to 250,000 per incident, representing a reasonable estimate of harm, plus legal fees as permitted.
By submitting CUE Lists, CUEchats prompts, or other contributions, you grant CUE a worldwide, royalty free license to use, display, reproduce, adapt, and modify the content for platform operation, AI processing, and product development.
CUE may remove or moderate content at its discretion. You represent that your content is lawful and free of third party claims.
CUE provides informational insights. CUE does not provide legal, medical, psychiatric, or financial advice. Services are provided as is.
CUE is not responsible for outages or performance issues caused by third party providers.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CUE's liability is limited to the total amount you paid in the preceding twelve months. This limitation does not apply to gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
You agree to indemnify CUE against claims arising from your use of the service or breach of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by Delaware law. Disputes will be resolved through individual binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in Delaware. The prevailing party may recover attorneys fees.
CUE may modify or discontinue features at any time. Refunds will only be provided according to the refund policy in Section 5.
Daily limits may apply for certain features, including complimentary CUEchats usage. Lifetime accounts have no limits for core platform features.
Abuse, fraud, or attempts to bypass limits may result in suspension or termination. Upon termination for cause, all rights and credits are revoked.
These Terms extend to all future CUE platforms, including desktop, browser enhancements, AI expansions, and research tools.
CUE is not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters or cyberattacks.
These Terms and the Privacy Policy form the complete agreement between you and CUE regarding the service.
