CUE FULFILLMENT POLICY
Effective December 1, 2025
This Fulfillment Policy explains how CUE delivers its digital services, how subscriptions work, how refunds are evaluated, and what users can expect after purchase. By using CUE, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Subscriptions activate immediately once payment is successfully processed. Access begins instantly upon login.
CUE offers the following membership options:
These memberships include access to CUE's core numerology and astrology database, calculators, insights, saved data, and platform features.
Memberships do not include CUEchats or any AI based services unless explicitly stated.
All prices are displayed in USD. Pricing shown at checkout is the final price before applicable taxes.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle using the payment method on file. Renewal charges are made in USD.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or through the app store where the subscription was purchased. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You retain access until the subscription expires.

Excessive usage indicates value was received and generally voids refund eligibility.
To request a refund, email support@cuetheapp.com. Include the email tied to your account and the reason for your request. CUE reviews each request individually to ensure fairness and protect against abuse.
Refunds for purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store follow the refund policies of Apple and Google. These requests must be submitted directly to the respective store within their required timeframes.
Terms
A Lifetime membership provides access to CUE's core features for the duration of the platform's operational life. CUE intends to continue growing and supporting the service for many years. However, Lifetime memberships remain valid only while CUE is actively available and maintained. If the platform is discontinued or can no longer be sustained, Lifetime access ends with the service.
No Guarantee of Perpetual Operation
Lifetime refers to the lifespan of the service, not the lifespan of the user. Lifetime does not mean permanent, indefinite, or guaranteed availability of the app.
If trials are offered, they include limited usage. Trial fees are nonrefundable. Trial usage counts toward refund eligibility.
Credits are nonrefundable and nontransferable. Credits expire after twelve months unless otherwise stated.
CUE's refund decisions are final and aim to balance customer satisfaction with platform protection.
CUE delivers digital services exclusively. There are no physical goods.
Access is provided immediately after payment confirmation. Logging into your account enables all purchased features.
Services are accessible via the CUE website, CUE web app, and CUE mobile apps.
CUEchats is CUE's AI feature powered by OpenAI. Each message costs CUE money for every token processed.
CUEchats has been provided at no additional charge during its early access period. Membership prices did not increase and have never included AI usage.
AI is not part of the Free, CUE+, or Lifetime membership tiers unless otherwise stated.
CUE may introduce token based billing or a dedicated AI subscription. Once this billing system launches, AI usage will be billed separately from membership fees.
During complimentary access, CUEchats may have daily or monthly usage limits.

CUE does not store credit card numbers or bank details. All sensitive payment information is handled directly by the payment processors.
Stripe is PCI DSS compliant. Apple and Google follow their own certified security protocols.
Promotions, discounts, or limited offers will be clearly listed with all applicable terms. If no promotion is listed, none are active.
