How to Cancel
Your CUE subscription is managed by the platform where you originally subscribed. This determines how cancellations and refunds are handled.
Apple App Store Subscriptions
If you subscribed through Apple, your subscription is fully managed by Apple.
How to Cancel on Apple
- Open iPhone Settings
- Tap your Apple ID
- Select Subscriptions
- Choose CUE
- Tap Cancel Subscription
Apple Billing & Refund Policy
- Apple controls all billing, cancellations, and refunds
- CUE does not have the ability to cancel or refund Apple subscriptions
- All refund decisions follow Apple App Store policies
Google Play Store Subscriptions
If you subscribed through Google, your subscription is fully managed by Google.
How to Cancel on Google Play
- Open the Google Play app
- Tap your profile icon
- Select Payments and subscriptions
- Tap Subscriptions
- Choose CUE
- Tap Cancel Subscription
Google Billing & Refund Policy
- Google controls all billing, cancellations, and refunds
- CUE cannot override Google Play decisions
Important Notes
- Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription
- Cancel before your renewal date to avoid future charges
- Access remains active until the end of your current billing period
CUE Store Subscriptions (cuetheapp.com)
If you subscribed directly through the CUE Store, your subscription is managed inside your account at cuetheapp.com.

CUE’s refund and cancellation policy is far more flexible than App Store policies.
In most cases, we will cancel or refund for any reasonable reason, including:
- Renewals that went through unintentionally
- Subscriptions you meant to cancel but forgot
Because we manage these subscriptions directly, requests are reviewed by real people, not automated systems. This allows us to make exceptions that App Stores typically do not allow.
Note: Refunds for Apple or Google purchases must follow their respective policies, even if CUE would otherwise approve the request.
